You will support our Community by:
- Greeting customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Scheduling appointments and efficiently coordinating service with our skilled technicians.
- Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Preparing detailed and accurate repair estimates for customers.
- Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicle.

- Maintaining organized service records and processing invoices and payments accurately.
You will support our Team by:
- Improving sales of service, parts, and accessories
- Building and maintaining knowledge of products and services via on-the-job training and team-building.
- Collaborating closely with our technicians to ensure seamless operations in the shop.
- Assisting with parts ordering and inventory management when necessary.
- Performing opening and closing procedures as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Attributes:
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or technical training is a plus, but not necessary.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn and participate in continuing education.
